Training Week #4

Okay, so I didn't really exercise at all this last week. Pfft.

AND I GAINED A KAYGEE! FREAK.

Activities:
9/5 Saturday - Dragonboat
4/5 Friday - Gym (Abs & Shoulders) + 3km run

BMI: 25.9 kgm-2
