Training Log.

It's about time that I restart this training log! So here's a NEW START for 2010!

2010
Activities:
16/2 Tuesday - 30 lap swim, 100 push-ups, crunches and leg-raises (Weight: 84.0kg)
22/2 Monday - 20 lap swim, 2km run, 100 crunches and leg-raises, 4 pull-ups
8/3 Monday - 2 km run (100m sprint, 100m run), 60 crunches, 60 push-ups
10/3 Wednesday - 3 km run, 90 crunches, 60 push-ups
7/9 Tuesday - 30 lap swim.
9/9 Thursday - 20 lap swim
14/9 Tuesday - 20 lap swim
15/9 Wednesday - 20 lap swim, Gym (calves, quads, deltoids, back)
20/9 Monday - 4.15 km run @ 31:45 min, 20 crunches, 20 push-ups
22/9 Wednesday - 18 lap swim
24/9 Friday - 30 lap swim

27/4 Monday - 5 km run in 30 minutes (6 mins/km)(14.4 mins for 2.4)
25/4 Saturday - Kayaking Training
24/4 Friday - Gym (Abs, Chest, Back), 2,4 km Run
23/4 Thursday - 50 lap swim @ Redhill (2.5km)
21/4 Tuesday - Gym (Abs and Shoulders)
20/4 Monday - 4.45 km run in 30 minutes (6.7 mins/km)(16 mins for 2.4) =(
19/4 Sunday - 40 lap swim @ Yishun Swimming Complex (2km)
18/4 Saturday - Kayaking Training
16/4 Thursday - 30 lap swim @ SAFRA (?m)
