24/5 Friday - Gym (Abs, Chest, Back), 2,4 km Run
23/5 Thursday - 50 lap swim @ Redhill (2.5km)
21/5 Tuesday - Gym (Abs and Shoulders)
20/5 Monday - 4.45 km run in 30 minutes (6.7 mins/km)(16 mins for 2.4) =(
